In this week’s Social Impact Power Chat, I got to sit down with John Brothers, President of T. Rowe Price Charitable and the T. Rowe Price Foundation. I first met John eight years ago at a conference. He spoke on a panel about T. Rowe’s powerful place based efforts in Baltimore - I was impressed then, and remain even more so today. John digs into how he thinks about relationships, deep listening, and resource alignment. We also “nerd out” on governance and new ways to think through public-private partnerships. Mostly, it’s just fun to spend fifteen minutes listening to John’s contagious big-heartedness.
