Lever: DEI
The DEI Lever refers to programs and policies that support diversity, equity, and inclusion. An organization can’t be truly impactful without DEI – it is fundamental to social impact success.

- As always, create (and utilize) criteria to ensure DEI efforts are strategically integrated – as a starting point, all DEI initiatives should align with at least one other Lever.
